Overview & Types
Water pressure sensors convert hydrostatic or line pressure into a calibrated electrical signal. For industrial water, the common modes are:
Gauge pressure — pipelines, pumps, RO/UF skids, boilers, HVAC water loops.
Absolute pressure — special reference measurements and test benches.
Differential pressure (ΔP) — across filters, membranes and orifices to monitor fouling and flow.

4–20 mA (2-leder): Best for long noisy runs to PLC/BMS. Use 12–36 VDC loop power and keep loop impedance within spec.
0–10 V: Simple to panel meters/DAQ; ensure high-impedance input (>10 kΩ) and clean supply.
