Description
The WPAK69 is a sophisticated clamp type pressure sensor that uses advanced one – stage silicon oil filling technology. When pressure acts on the diaphragm, the silicon oil transfers this pressure to the pressure chip. The compensation circuit then modifies the pressure signal into a linear electrical output.
